Family Farms
A family-owned business founded in Grand Falls in 1863, Les Fermes GAM Michaud Farms has since built a solid reputation in the agricultural industry over five generations.
Equipment's
GAM potatoes are harvested and stored in climate control storages and then, processed with the greatest care. After washing and brushing as required, they are calibrated electronically prior to package in a range of formats. Our potatoes also undergo a X-ray analysis to detect any potential internal irregularities.
Where can you find our products
Our products are sold primarily to markets in Ontario, Maritimes, United States and the Caribbean.
